The services included are:

We become your bookkeeper and reduce operational and fixed costs associated with hiring a bookkeeper, such as wages, unemployment tax, payroll taxes, computers, desks, office supplies, human resource concerns, etc.  The full-service bookkeeping will include the following:

• Management of cash receipt and disbursements (deposits and checks)
• Classification and posting of all financial transactions to the general ledger accounts
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• Payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual filings and informational returns 
• Sales tax returns

These services are to assist the business owner in managing income, expenses and other resources to meet predefined business goals and expectations related to growth and profitability.  These services will include:

• Posting of non-cash and tax journal entries
• Collaborate with owner for monthly, quarterly and annual business key-performance indicators
• Monthly financial statement
• Monthly review of financial and business goals
• Business consults

These services will include the pro-active ongoing tax advice associated with the client's business and personal tax position, currently and prospective.  The service will include:

• Monthly tax estimates 
• Monthly tax strategy review (such as income shifting, retirement, entity structure, etc.)
• Quarterly advisory reports
• Preparation of annual income tax returns (individual and business)

Using QuickBooks Online and other Intuit products, our practice has developed a seamless workflow for our clients' bookkeeping, accounting, and tax needs.  Therefore, we require our clients to use QuickBooks Online and Payroll applications to maintain reasonable fees and control process cycle times.
