- Reconcile payroll filings to payroll accounts
- One 1-hour annual business or financial statement consult
ADVANCE BOOKKEEPING
- Monthly review of all general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Run bi-weekly payroll
- Reconcile payroll filings to payroll GL accounts
- Quarterly review of business financial position
- Prep and post non-cash journal entries
FULL-SERVICE REMOTE BOOKKEEPING
Reduce fixed (desk, computer, etc.) and operational costs (wage, payroll taxes, benefits, office supplies, etc.) associated with hiring a bookkeeper.
- Manage cash receipts and disbursements
- Classify and post transactions based on transaction receipts
- Manage accounts receivable and payables
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Manage payroll and filings
- Prep sales tax returns
All clients will be requested to use QuickBooks Online for their bookkeeping needs. QuickBooks Online and Payroll can be purchased at a discounted rate as a D Keith Hatch PA client. Depending on the client's use of the application, using QBO may reduce the bookkeeping and accounting fees.
